  • COVER ALL FURNATURE AND PICTURES WITH PLASTIC.
  • LEAVE NAIL WHERE PICTURES WILL GO BACK.
  • PATCH ALL NAIL HOLE WITH M&H PATCH.
  • SAND WALLS AND TRIM AS NEEDED. SPONGE PAD SANDER MED. GRIT THE BEST OR SANDING POLE.
  • VACUUM CARPETS OR CLEAN AROUND PERIMITER OF ROOM.
  • PLASTIC AND TAPE OVER WINDOWS WITH BLUE TAPE ONLY IF SPRAYING IS TO BE DONE.
  • WE TAKE IT FROM THERE.
  • AFTER WE FINISH PAINTING YOU REPLACE ALL ITEMS.

EXTERIOR:

  • CUT BACK ALL FOLIAGE. NOTHING IS TO BE TOUCHING THE HOUSE.
  • PRESSURE CLEAN EXTERIOR WITH A CHLORINE SOLUTION. WE CAN DO TASK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRESSURE CLEANER.
  • PATCH ALL CRACKS AND CAULK ALL OPEN SEAMS, CHECK AROUND WINDOWS AND DOORS.
  • SEAL STUCCO WITH SEALCRETE AND A SMALL PUMP SPRAYER. WE CAN SHOW YOU HOW.
  • PLASTIC AND TAPE OFF ALL WINDOWS.
  • TAPE UP DOOR HANDLES AND GLASS ON ELECTRIC METER BOX.
  • SAND ALL DOORS AND DUST OFF.
  • COVER ALL BUSHES WITH OLD SHEETS. IF NEED YOU SOME BUY AT GOOD WILL CHEEP OR WE CAN USE OUR DROPS.
  • IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE MORE TIME.
  • MAKE SURE THERE IS POWER ON OUTSIDE RECEPTICALS.
  • WE TAKE IT FROM THERE.
  • AFTER WE FINISH PAINTING YOU REMOVE AND DISGARD PLASTIC, TAPE AND SHEETS.

Brushes, roller frames, roller poles, drop cloths, ladders, patching knives, caulking guns, sanding poles, scaffolding, paint sprayers, and pressure cleaners if needed. Just think of the money you would save if you did not have to purchase or rent all these items.
  • All you pay for is paint, tape, plastic and non reusable items.
  • We know all the tricks of the trade to save time and your money.
  • If you don’t know anything about painting, we can teach you. Don’t worry the hardest part is cutting-in and we will handle that.
  • Maybe you just want to help us move things and do a little prep work. We charge by the hour so the more you do, the less we do, and the more money you save.
  • We are fully licensed, bonded and insured for you protection. If you hire an unlicensed painter or handyman without insurance and he falls off a ladder you get sued. Or he drops a can of paint on your new carpet you pay to have it replaced. Or just about 1 million other things that can go wrong. Do you want to take that chance?
  • If you think our hourly rate is to high, think about it this way. A professional does his job everyday. He knows how to prep and paint in the most proficient way as to get your job done in the least amount of time. We will have completed our tasks before a nonprofessional figures out where to start.
